Whose name is on the title?
Yours, directly. We act only as your agent: the vehicle is purchased on your behalf and titled directly in your name. Capital Auto Export never takes title or ownership at any point.
How are your fees structured?
You pay the actual purchase price plus an agency fee and pass-through costs (inspection, inland transport, shipping, documentation). All are itemized and agreed in writing before we buy.
Which countries do you ship to?
We arrange export to clients worldwide, including the Gulf and wider Middle East. Import rules vary by country, so we confirm eligibility for your destination during consultation.
Can I see the vehicle before purchase?
Yes. You receive an inspection report with photos and the vehicle history before you approve. Where possible, we can arrange a video walk-around.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on availability, auction schedules and shipping routes. We give you an estimated timeline for your route during consultation.
How is payment handled?
Payments are made against original invoices. We explain each payment step and its documentation before anything is due.
